estates paralleling the quality of life found in River Oaks -- with a lot less of a city feel. Billboards are outlawed
in Memorial Villages, and shopping centers are allowed only along its perimeter.

family was $129,025.
Hillshire Village as a community focuses on social events for its residents, including National Night Out Block Parties, as
well as events intended to strengthen relationships between adults and kids.

Incorporated in 1954 like the other five villages, the 2-square mile area known as Hunters Creek Village is home to

The area has over six miles of hiking and biking paths, and 22 miles of streets wind through an area
containing over 1,400 homes.

District.
Most of Piney Point Village is north of the Buffalo Bayou. That portion is served by Spring Branch Independent School District.
Memorial Drive Elementary School is within the city boundaries of Piney Point Village. Memorial Drive students in SBISD are zoned to Spring Branch
Middle School and Memorial High School, both in Hedwig Village.

With a focused movement for improving pedestrian mobility within its city limits (something lacking in a lot of Houston-area neighborhoods), as well as a conscious
effort to expand green spaces, the 3,600-plus people of Spring Valley Village have a lot of responsibility on their shoulders. Of course, they've put
that on themselves, but that's how the residents of Spring Valley Village and mayor Mike Andrews want it to be.
