As of fall 2007, the new "ultra luxury"
Turnberry Tower in Houston Texas has now
officially opened its sales office for
reservations. You may have seen the recent
Wall Street Journal advertisements for
Turnberry tower condo units starting at
$1,000,000.
Turnberry Tower Residences at The Galleria
will be a 34-story condo tower with 184 units
just west of Post Oak Boulevard, south of the
Galleria Mall, between Hidalgo and W. Alabama.
Turnberry Tower's address is 5048 Hidalgo
Street, Houston, Texas 77056.
Turnberry Tower will be located close to the
current luxury highrises
7 Riverway and
Four Leaf Towers.
Most condos will range in size from 1,620
square ft to 5,525 square ft and will cost from
$1,000,000 to more than $8,000,000 million.
There will be four 15,000-square-foot
penthouse units featuring 3 stories, four
bedrooms and nine-and-a-half bathrooms, with a
price tag of $8.5 million.
Building amenities will be some of the
highest quality in all of Houston and include a
spa/fitness center, swimming pool, media room,
social rooms, tea room, limousine service,
24-hour valet and concierge service.
The Turnberry Tower high rise is expected to
be finished in late 2009.
